- Great people - (Mostly) less politics - Company reinvents business model after every few years - Good in acquisitions and leveraging new companies - Wide variety of technologies and roles to pick from - Awesome culture- respect for each other and society in general - Rising stock :-)

Cons

- Too much inter-dependency between teams leading to slower decisions at times - Slower career growth

Pros

Tons of autonomy to show individual strengths and creativity. Flexible work schedule and ability to take time off when you need it. Expectations are high but high caliber of surrounding team members make you want to produce for the Company - a very healthy sense of urgency. Lots of management help, feedback and guidance to help you succeed not criticize.

Cons

There's lots to do, competing priorities, keeping focused on top priorities can be a struggle at times.

Working with very smart and friendly people. Challenging but interesting products and projects. Great work environment with many employee perks. Leadership is driving continued success. Adobe cares about their employees and the community.

Cons

Somewhat challenging to get in an out of San Francisco office. Adobe does it's best to help with commute options.
