      1. Full freedom to choose the type of work. 2. Extremely employee friendly work environment 3. Amazing resources to learn from along with a generous education reimbursement program. 4. Usually, the company is fair with respect to appraisals and recognitions.

      1. Being an engineering company, the program management role is a bit sidelined. 2. Being visible in front of leadership in the pgm role is difficult. 3. Less urgency. Might not be the best for people who like extremely dynamic and fast paced work culture.
