I only felt few benefits in Adobe are good like global holidays, paternity leave and there we no layoff, so job security was there.

Cons

No workalike balance as claimed by Adobe. Not sure of other teams, my team was distributed over Noida and Bangalore and there were favouritism with people in Noida, since manager was from there.
