1. Before joining they will contact your previous company , if you are in startups be prepared, so that you can not nigotiate . 2. If you are working as SDET they also will make you work on manual test. 3. 3 managers changed in a year. 4. When it comes to your appraisal only give 3.3 % , even your performance was good. Which is lesser than the India inflammation rate. 5. This company is not for SDETs , I have joined and made my life's biggest mistake. 6. Managers make false promises while hiring .
