- Challenging work place, always people will encourage to something new outside your daily work. - Invests good amount of money for empowering employees like certification courses, training. - Provides wellness reimbursement, free lunch and dinner, on campus zym, TT, pool etc. - Package is better than the market standard.

Cons

- Adobe IT is very risky as in every 2-3 months your manager and your technology will change, your new manager will have new ideas and he will want to be a superman. - There are fierce senior management politics in IT and that affects a lot to scrum team as the team don't have a clear vision about the future road map. - This is a very competitive environment, so you have to perform better otherwise your position is not safe.
