Pros

Diverse workforce with great talent all around. So much opportunity to grow and learn from your peers. Great benefits with something for everyone. Plenty of opportunities to be able to contribute and participate both inside and outside of work. Very family friendly. Ample opportunity to have family visit or to take some time to be with family when you need. There's also many occasions to come to after work activities that a fun for everyone.

Cons

There is only fresh lemons for your soda in the morning so in the afternoon you can't put a lemon in your soda Bigger company means more meetings to coordinate and manage products

The work culture in adobe is good as compared to few other organizations. Working times are flexible, its a lively environment where you can focus on other things as well apart from work like play, cultural activities, volunteering etc.

Cons

Not much challenging work as you may sometime expect. The work here sometimes grow monotonous here. However this may be the case with almost all organizations.
