      Big Brand with creative products which pay less.

      Pros

      1) People oriented organization. 2) Free food and overall nice bonus. 3) Less and mundane work load for most of the software engineers. This gives quite a time to prepare for other big giants. 4) opportunity to work very close to customers. 5) good for product evangelism career. 6) heaven who like to be jack of all trade. 7) if super lucky you might get chance to work for adobe tech labs which is awesome. 8) if lucky you might get chance to work in CC products and that's what adobe is known for. 9) overall good for people looking for stable life.

      Cons

      1) People driven company so process are just on papers. 2) few teams are can be curse to your career. 3) hike is low 8-13% max.. Which is bad. 4) few teams don't encourage automation.. So software engineer are just manual tester. This is a real pain. 5) it can be difficult to explain other firms what you are doing in adobe. 6) 1:2 tester: dev ratio.. Sometimes there is just team of just 4 tester to drive multi million product. So low quality products specifically non CC products. 7) real bad policy of exit. Might be a shocker for few because again it is people driven.

      Pros

      I have been working with the company approx two years.1)Very flexible timings.2)Salary package is good.3) Independent contribution.4) Company is heading to new technologies few good product are already there which can have very bright feature like mobile banking, MVNs etc.

      Cons

      1) Some times very hectic schedule if client demands.
