      Great Benefits and Perks Nice Offices Lots of opportunity to work on different teams every few years if you put the work in

      *Hard to get a boost in salary without being a "boomerang" *Culture varies wildly between teams- workaholic culture *Adobe will load you up on unrelenting work until you push back hard to maintain worklife balance, and you are lucky if this even works, especially if you work on a global team.

      So far the job has been challenging. People are smart.

      Cons

      Internal tooling is a bit outdated. Process is a bit stale. These are the challenging parts. The company has grown too much and too fast that they’ve neglected the tools and process. Trying to fix it now with such massive teams seems impossible.
