Pros

Autonomy to work, flexible timings, lots of opportunities for self development and really good perks in the office. Also, less of a hierarchical structure which makes it quite open door.

Cons

Not too many. More focus on India growth is needed. Also, leadership could be better. Sometimes things get bureaucratic and stuck in approval chains which gets annoying.
