Work life balance, opportunities to move to other internal teams, clear path to promotion, growth opportunities for what you're interested in (not just want your manager wants you to accomplish), executive mentorship programs, volunteer programs, the list really goes on

Cons

The hybrid work policy is a bit fuzzy right now, it seems like something leadership is scrutinizing but individual orgs are pushing their own philosophies. *most* offices are a bore to attend, so that makes for difficult motivation to visit regularly. Exceptions are San Jose and San Francisco.

Pros

Love working at adobe. I have been with the Talent team, first as a contractor then as a full time employee for about 4 years and love working here. I work with different teams across the organization and one thing they all are passionate for what they do and compassionate with the people they work with.

Cons

Not many cons to name. If I had one with it would be to have clear KPIs associated with my specific role. But leadership has mentioned that is their top priority for this year.
