      Great Place to be with limited growth potential

      Pros

      Adobe it's a great place to be, great perks. From compensation package, stock plan, insurance, fitness equipment allowance, certification trainings and many more. A lot of great people to work with and possibility to work on latest big data project and use the latest technology. Another great thing is the flexible schedule, but this depends on the team that you are in, it might be required to work shifts and on call, or just late hours in order to sync with the co-workers in US.

      Cons

      Adobe site in Romania is slow growing in the past year, because of that there are limited growing or career advancement possibilities. You might get stuck on the same position for more than 5 years, I think this is also the main reason why someone would leave Adobe.
