      Management team was excellent, Very communicative and transparent. Highly supportive team who is there to offer helping hand whenever in need. Good work life balance, employees respect each other even if is an intern

      Pros

      Employee is the first priority and frequently checking the employee concerns and solving them. Management is highly professional/matured to understand the employee and customer problems and solving them quickly. Good learning for me and happy to be part of Align family.
