Great coworkers, very open-minded and willingness to support and learn.
Cons
Extremely lost leadership. Poor strategy - total lack of basic business knowledge - promoting and hiring all the wrong people. Lack of diversity on the team - biases and discrimination. No value for experience, expertise, performance, relationships, tenure, outcomes, anything but favoritism and in-network thinking. Extremely disappointing.
