- a lot of legacy in some areas. And it's hard to get rid of.
- lack of documentation. Some things are only known by specific people who work here for years
- higher management makes strange decisions that can have bad consequences for devs (changing milestones too often, sudden starting/rejecting projects)
- it is obvious that Align product needs to be more modern, as long at competitors are on their way. But lot of things are very old-fashioned, and working with it makes a lot of pain.
