      Pros

      Decent base salary compared to other dental companies. Great benefits-PTO/Sick/401K/Stock options

      Cons

      Work life balance is almost non existent. Hard work isn’t appreciated and often no recognition. Never ending to-do list-company is metric based and doesn’t allow us to focus on doing what terrier managers do best and spend time in the field-endless modules and initiatives-always changing programs/initiatives that causes mass confusion.

      Shiny new work space and amenities. Good pay for scope of work. Friendly co-workers.

      Chaotic at times, things can change in an instant - including what your job is or whether or not you have a job at all. Communication and cooperation between sales and other departments is often strained. Sales is understood to be the priority always, and they certainly act like it.
