      Pros

      Currently it's a leading health-tech company with no real competition, financially strong, good salaries and compensation, really smart people to work with, allows you to work from home, lots of career opportunities

      Cons

      During the COVID time they recruited a lot of mid-senior management whos added value is not very clear, and many have a low management skills causing processes to work really slow. There's no real company culture, it's a "come-to-work" company, no more than that. Many employees are not comfortable with presenting new and fresh ideas but rather act as a "Yes Sir" guys.

      It's great as a fist job experience because it doesn't require any experience and honestly they don't care, with a minimum of english knowledge you can pull this off, but be aware that they use a battery of tests to filter potential candidates Pros: *Pay trainign *Transportation *Meal allowance *Medical ensure

      Cons

      *Poor payment for the amount of tasks assigned compared to the competition, as they as include benefits as part of the payment *The company assumes that by giving a long Trainign the cads will be trained and it varies from trainer to trainer and department. *They are too strict with the metrics and constantly publish the individual daily production of cases. You will definitely burn out *Constant fear of being entered into a performance improvement plan (PIP) as they remind you of this at every meeting.
