Every holiday is a paid day off, literally all of them.
Cons
Unless you went to a certain school, look a certain way, or "hang out" with the right people privately, prepared to be utterly shocked when you find out that those are the only ways to get anywhere here. They sell you on the idea that its all fun and 'were a team" but that couldn't be further from the truth, the moment you mess up you are on your own. A leave told an employee (before firing them) that they had their back no matter what. The day the employee was let go, said lead was no where to be found. Gutless. From what I understand, employee was practicing a method taught to them by another employee , who was the highest performing, but because she was cute, she was able to get away with it.
