      The team was the only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. No support from management or HR despite multiple complaints about a manager. HR is dismissive. Bullying, HR goes against company policies. Gaslighting and manipulation. I would not recommend this role to anyone.

      Joined recently in Sales team; new industry for me. Lots of learning. The sales head is gem; he is the one who started Invisalign sales in India. Overall India leaders are working on the vision of Align India growth.
