The company itself offers great opportunities, strong teams, and interesting work. From a business and technical perspective, it is a solid place to grow and develop your career.
Cons
the experience significantly deteriorates when interaction with the local HR and certain facility teams is required. There is a noticeable lack of employee support, and in some cases, communication feels restrictive rather than helpful. Situations that should be handled with professionalism and care are sometimes addressed in a way that creates discomfort and tension. While reading similar reviews on Glassdoor describing the HR management as having a “Soviet-style” approach, I found that I cannot disagree with that assessment.
