      Pros

      I spent more than 10 years with Align and can recommend that as good reliable employer. Although there were rough time for last two years, company tend to care about employees. Pay seem to be competitive for NC area, however less than in big tech.

      Cons

      Somehow that's difficult to communicate ideas and to move things forward, leadership tend to be very conservative and defensive when it's related to initiatives.
