Cons

Managers are not flexible. Poor salary. Bad management, they love the gossips of workers and transparency can be harmful for you. HR department doesn't care for their employees. Workplace harassment.

Some amazing people Salary is ok but targets never met Products are great

Culture is very poor Leader of business only listens to 1 person, who happens to be strongly political & main reason for poor culture. HR does nothing as they are complicit. Lost most of the great leaders recently. Only 2 remain who are great leaders and respected in the industry. Many people actively searching for new employment. Very poor communication from senior management
