Basic salary was reasonable but target/bonus unobtainable

Cons

Poor leadership, no care for the people in the business, only spreadsheets numbers and micromanagement. Embarrassingly poor customer service, to the point where customers jump ship to competitors regularly. Over load their workforce with a burnout culture and high staff turnover. If you value your health, family, friends or any social life, stay clear of this company.
