      Exciting work but borderline toxic environment

      Pros

      I really enjoy the day to day work at Align. It’s exciting, fast-paced, and innovative. The company is overall headed in a good direction.

      Cons

      The work environment quickly becomes toxic with every project needing to be “priority level 1” all while having an expectation of never saying no, and going above and beyond without being rewarded for it. There is a culture of bullying that goes on from Sales Leadership and AE Leadership to the regional / field teams. It’s unhealthy and challenging to work with.
