Not very bad salary for corporate company

Cons

Bad leadership. The company is run on rumors, with many senior directors and VPs who do not know what they are doing. Too many ex-army people who manage their teams as military squads with zero work-life balance. Horrible HR who does not care for the people, There is no inclusion and diversity at all.
