      Pros

      Align is a very stable company and there are usually no layoffs within the company. As an entry level you will have growth opportunities and a lot of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Too much politics play a role at the company, hence sometimes it feels like there's a lot of bureaucracy. Growth becomes harder the more you scale the corporate ladder

      too many managers and directors, to many meetings. Feels like 75% are managers and that pressure the rest.

      Pros

      The work is good. Amazing time helping the drs and staff members. Enjoyed having professional conversations.

      Cons

      Terrible management and supervisors. They did not help anyone to improve, terrible schedule time changes everyday. And even when I left they refuse to pay the liquidación in time. Overall, good job, but terrible workplace
