Align Tech is a great place to work as a dev, amazing benefits and people. It gives everything you need to work without any hesitation.

Cons

The company must adapt to new times about the working from home policy, a employee that feels always watched is no a happy employee. Some positions will require most site working days than others and that's ok. The formula of applying the same for everyone doesn't apply here.
