I only joined in January this year. Honestly, Align is a great company, and the people are friendly.

Cons

Unfortunately, I'm not working with the right manager in the right department. She's inexperienced and only promoted to a leadership role less than a year. It's obvious micromanagement, and you will be treated disrespectfully if you fail to meet the expectations. Working there for a short period, I received a lot of stress and was described as a slow learner.
