      Decent base salary compared to other dental companies. Great benefits-PTO/Sick/401K/Stock options

      Cons

      Work life balance is almost non existent. Hard work isn’t appreciated and often no recognition. Never ending to-do list-company is metric based and doesn’t allow us to focus on doing what terrier managers do best and spend time in the field-endless modules and initiatives-always changing programs/initiatives that causes mass confusion.

      muchas personas se quejan pero en realidad es buen trabajo, en mis 2 años de laborar no he tenido mayores quejas con la empresa la verdad
