Great Teamwork and Manager mentors as well thats good. Better then Apple work culture as in Apple there is no work life Balance. Atleast better here in Align Technology. Transforming smiles. Transforming lives. Transforming an industry.

Cons

Salary structure is less then expectation for Full time employee. But Contractor get better pay.
