Pros
-People are great! You can go to the starbucks cafe and have a conversation with anyone -Great for sales experience for recent grads -Great office with snacks -Internships are available for college students -Hybrid schedule is great -Health insurance is fantastic
Cons
-Company says they are financially sound but the layoffs say otherwise -"transparency" does not exist, questions are allowed, but filtered. -While the hybrid schedule is great, if you are not scanning your badge you get a "talking to" for not being present enough in the office. -HR is a joke, they started outsourcing to a third party for somethings like maternity leave. Good luck if you have anything happen in your life like get married or have a child. You have to hunt down resources, no clear path. -Recent growth initiatives were recently launched, but Align has been on constant hiring freezes, prepare for a "someday" opportunity.
