*Poor payment for the amount of tasks assigned compared to the competition, as they as include benefits as part of the payment *The company assumes that by giving a long Trainign the cads will be trained and it varies from trainer to trainer and department. *They are too strict with the metrics and constantly publish the individual daily production of cases. You will definitely burn out *Constant fear of being entered into a performance improvement plan (PIP) as they remind you of this at every meeting.
