Cons

More business oriented than employee focused. If you are willing to work really long hours this is the place for you

- It's conformism that gets you a promotion, not competence - One has to generate swathes of emails just to prove he or she is not slacking - Too many pointless meetings - Poor communication between teams - Convoluted processes coupled with ineffective infrastructure - Hard to maintain good life/work balance
