      There are some extremely smart and great people here so you can have great co-workers. Overall benefits are solid

      Cons

      5 day RTO and multiple years of poor macro decision making have left little flexibility in day to day work and little room for growth. Company seems to want to cut costs / headcount for foreseeable future.
