Pros

Align is a company that allows each employee to grow personally and professionally, the work environment is very beautiful and the treatment of the bosses makes one feel confident and secure.

Cons

The type of work can cause a bit of stress levels, in addition to the fact that sometimes calls are answered at the last minute makes one have to work overtime outside of working hours.

Nice social benefits, no rush in work. Salary is fine, easy to get RSU, also you can be moved to the USA if you want to.

Cons

A lot of legacy code, sometimes it is really poor. A lot of engineers which are called 'seniors' are juniors in fact, have no idea how did they got there.
