Return to office 5 days. A huge mistake. The office morale is at an all time low and seems like everyone has one foot out the door. There is no benefit to agility or collaboration when 90% of your meetings are virtual. Doesn’t help that there are still a ton of remote senior leaders which clearly have exceptions. Believe it or not we do work on the days we work from home

There are also clear opportunities for professional growth and career development, making it a place where you can build your future while enjoying a positive work environment.

Cons

The upcoming 5-days-a-week office policy starting September 2025 is challenging. The office uses a clock-in/clock-out system, which can feel rigid. Lunch subsidy could be higher, especially with the increased office presence five days a week.
