      - Opportunity to influence team goals and direction - Intelligent, dedicated, capable colleagues - Great benefits and employee perks

      Cons

      - Out-of-touch CEO - Recent (seemingly arbitrary) switch from hybrid to fully in-person work model - Declining opportunity for advancement and overall confidence in senior leadership - Regular RIFs leading to increased workloads across the board and increasing tension among staff

      Pros

      The team, the doctors, the iTero commission, the innovation. It is the best aligner company out there. Training program is amazing as well, you will grow so much here. Base pay is decent but where you really make the money is when you exceed iTero quota.

      Cons

      Poor upper management that bleeds toxicity to the middle management and therefore TM’s suffer it the most. High iTero quotas qtr after qtr, which by the way - that’s your main job even though you thought you were signing up to be an Invisalign GP rep and you think there is a separate iTero counterpart. TM’s have to balance constant learning of new growth programs, pushing iTero sales onto doctors, and also maintaining chummy status with colleagues and regional managers in order to be favored and moved onto senior roles.

      The team was the only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. No support from management or HR despite multiple complaints about a manager. HR is dismissive. Bullying, HR goes against company policies. Gaslighting and manipulation. I would not recommend this role to anyone.
