      Pros

      Good benefits and pay is pretty good. Work life balance is good. A lot of room for growth the last 5 years but may be slowing down now.

      Cons

      Culture is becoming more micromanaged by the day due to increasingly difficult sales quotas. Almost everyone that has been with the company is taking a pay cut due to added head count and shrinking territory’s.

      Align is like a master for anyone who wants to develop. It makes you grow fast and learn many new skills. The possibilities of growth within the company are many.

      Cons

      The amount of workload is always huge and its very well known but they really dont do anything about it.
