      Poor overall people and business management, lack of support from managers, constant changes in organization with little to no communication, flattening org structure limits opportunities for career advancement, zero bonus pay recently, very limited employee recognition and no pay-related awards, overall terrible attitude towards and lack of concern for employees including HR, Managers, all the way to C-suite

      Measly compensation and benefits. Thinks it's a "startup" but works in bureaucratic fashion, confusing org chart. Fires people on a whim. very high turnover.

      Mostly supporting old infrastructure with full mess everything. So no place to innovations.

      No ready for the big changes. Very slow decision makers and unhealthy relationships inside of the teams. Work life balance is ok.
