      Pros

      Align technology mostly uses major applications, so it was easier to get used to the work flow. It was a big plus for WFH environment and I do much appreciated it. What I like the most is Align technology is good at adjusting it's working style which suits the current trend.

      Cons

      While it's good to change and ajust things timely enough but I feel it might cause a bit lack of knowledge or mutual understanding.
