      is a young company with many talents and people full of ideas. It is observed that there are several opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      lack of formalized processes and procedures. I don't fully enjoy the onboarding process due to the urgencies that appeared as soon as I started in the company. I felt that some important steps like HR, I didn't have the support I initially expected.
