Given how fast the company has grown, some on boarding is still lacking structure but that has been addressed and is already being improved.

Great benefits. Great culture and attitude toward employees.

Cons

Weak and inconsistent top management technological leadership and plain corruption and favoritism resulting in bad, inefficient and outdated practices in many domains that are not challenged for years. Some teams have good engineering standards and practices others not so good and others are just terrible (an open secret across the company). Ask more questions during the interview that will help you figure out if you are headed in a good team.
