      Align Technology is a fast-paced learning environment that innovates and dominates the dentistry field. The company itself has amazing leadership, flexibility, and has very supportive teams. Collaborative and individual inputs are heard. Flexibility to work in-office and from home is a stellar option for employees.

      Pros

      Endless resources and support from management. If there is any project you are working on where you need tools, there is no hesitation to make sure you have access to them. The review process is also great -- very consistent and allows for you to know exactly how you are doing, where you stand with your bonus, and get great feedback.

      Cons

      There are some rules around moving to a new position within the company, tenure, etc.
