      I strongly tell that "Align Technology" is one of the greatest company in the world with the best environment, with the friendly nature, with Internal career growth opportunities to employees and with the best Salary. The environment in Align is very special that an employee can have heartful respect and best support even by top level authorities.

      Align is a fast paced, innovative, and growing company with a high focus on customers and its employees. Company has great benefits and offers a lot of perks. There are plenty of opportunities to advance your career if you are willing to put in the work.

      No major cons of note at this time but would mention that managers don't have a company cell phone or company credit card (although there is a quick turnaround on expense reports). This could vary based on department and job expectations.
