Align is a fast paced, innovative, and growing company with a high focus on customers and its employees. Company has great benefits and offers a lot of perks. There are plenty of opportunities to advance your career if you are willing to put in the work.

Cons

No major cons of note at this time but would mention that managers don't have a company cell phone or company credit card (although there is a quick turnaround on expense reports). This could vary based on department and job expectations.

Align has such a great work environment. All of my co workers have been great and have helped a ton when I have any questions. Align also has great benefits to offer.
