      Pros

      The biggest plus here is the culture. It's a genuinely friendly and supportive atmosphere. There's no micromanagement; they trust you to do your job. And the flexible hours are a huge benefit – it really helps with balancing work and life. Compensation is quite good, too. Plus, there are real opportunities for growth, so you're not just stuck in one place.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect, of course. Sometimes the organization of processes can vary a lot by project. It can be a bit inconsistent, but it's generally manageable. Also, there were times when management didn't always seem to listen to employee feedback, which could be frustrating.
