      Compensation is slightly average of the market Medical insurance and free English courses

      Cons

      Very strange promotion schemes You have to convince your manager that you need some benefit which was described in HR advertisements(it's all about language courses, company laptops, possibility to work from home, etc) The company hires a lot of developers, but not QA, quality coverage and testing are in a very poor state. Very hard economy and hiring freezes when stocks fall Many talented developers left the company A lot of bureaucracy

      -Some employees get stock, bonuses, raises (not all) -New facilities if you arent in the field -Great people for the most part -Innovative, industry leading product -Stock climbing, always hiring -Great brand growth and awareness -Spend to market themselves -Great growth for a long time, no sign of stopping -Great stock purchase option

      Cons

      -Little work life balance, leadership expects you to work all hours, emergencies abound -Lack of communication around career growth -So much change, people switching departments and projects constantly, all the way to the top -Many cases of saying one thing and doing another -Change of leadership brings change of philosophy, no continuity there -Lack of vision to move into other business models while preserving Align’s, other business models primed to steal share of market -Upper management detached from realities in trenches
