      Pros

      Growing really fast and trying to get consistency on roles and responsibilities. Regulated software delivery is not restrictive. Excellent bonus opportunities and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Inconsistent scrum/agile practices. Leaders still work in Project management perspective and do not understand what scrum/agile means from a higher level perspective. Not enough PTO.
