Align is a very diverse and pleasant organization, aiming to be the leading in the market. There is a lot of motivation and the working days and week are flexible which is also great.

Like any place? It’s the luck of the draw with who manages you. Some coworkers had amazing managers and leads. While others had horrible experiences.

There is always so much to learn. Great exposure to all the new technologies. Received great support from the management during covid times. Every other person here is very good with their craft. You can learn a lot from your peers.
