      Align is a fast-growing company, which leads to a fun and dynamic work environment. Decisions are made quickly, which create high levels of employee engagement. The company also does a good job of giving decision ownership to employees. Align holds several events/initiatives to create a fun work environment - work hard, play hard. Onsite benefits include a cafeteria, ping pong table, fresh brewed coffee, free soft drinks and snacks, and welcoming open spaces for employees to get away from their desks. Monthly raffles enable employees to win free tickets to events at PNC Arena, such as Carolina Hurricanes tickets, NCSU basketball tickets, concerts, and other events. Lastly, Align is focused on hiring a diverse workforce and encourages focus on employees' work/life balance.

      Cons

      Such a rapid growing company may not be suited for some individuals who are used to working for companies with longer histories. Align is beginning to realize its need to focus on strengthening infrastructure for long-term market stability.
