      Benefits, welfare. Good at stating flexibility but in reality, it’s the opposite

      Cons

      Inflexible when it comes to remote working request. Stagnant on following black and white that force employees to sign on. Some Managers are just inflexible, MNC but it feels like working under a SME environment.
